RENTAL TERMS The leaseholder agrees to pay the rent upon receiving the rental equipments. The leaseholder agrees to leave identification as deposit. The leaseholder is expected to take care of the rental equipments in the same manner as a careful person looks after his or her own bicycle, taking special caution and care when using the equipments. The leaseholder is responsible for the renal equipments and the accessoires therein contained to their full value until the equipments are returned. The leaseholder is liable for damages. It is forbidden to lease or to give the rental equipments to the third person. The rental equipments must return personally. The leaseholder is expected to obey the valid Finnish traffic regulations. The rental equipments are to be returned to the agreed place at the end of the rental period. The rental company (Trillivikla) is entitled to cancel the contract during the rental period, if it has been shown that the leaseholder will not carry out the terms of the contract. |
